Final stages (October/November 2011)

We are now in the final stage of the project. We are gathering in the remaining case studies and interviews and preparing the report.

From the time of the initial project proposal we knew that getting input from students would be difficult over the summer. We have agreed a short project extension with JISC to enable us to carry out interviews and also a focus group with end-users/students. We have also worked with Dawsons to create an brief online questionnaire to gather data about, for example, the tasks students are using ebooks for and how they first got to discover about the ebook. We have already got the first tranche of data and will have a second soon. This will be important added data and validation (or not) of the information we have obtained from other stakeholders during interviews and workshops
